Overview

Skyphonez is an Australian online retailer that sells smartphones, accessories, and tech devices. Over an 8-year engagement, I managed a multi-channel paid media strategy across Shopping, Search, Display, and Meta campaigns, scaling the brand from early-stage visibility to over A$1.25M in tracked conversion value on Google. On Meta, I managed campaigns spanning Dynamic Catalog, ABO, CBO, and conversion campaigns across 11 campaigns, generating over $92K in purchase conversion value from $24,992 in spend.

Key Insights

The Shopping campaign alone generated A$1.17M in conversion value against A$303K in spend at 3.86x ROAS. On Meta, the Dynamic DT campaign delivered the highest ROAS at 7.84x — existing customer retargeting with dynamic product ads consistently outperforms prospecting. The ABO campaign showed strong scalability at 2.48x. Combined account ROAS of 3.70x across 11 Meta campaigns demonstrates mature full-funnel Meta management. I ran the Meta campaigns alongside Google Shopping which fed the retargeting audiences, and kept performance strong through continuous SKU-level bid adjustments and well-timed seasonal promotions throughout the 8 years.

Wisemarket AU is the Australian arm of the Wisemarket brand, selling smartphones, accessories, and consumer electronics online. Over 2.5 years I managed Google Shopping, Performance Max, DSA, and Search campaigns alongside Meta retargeting, generating over A$2.38M in tracked conversion value on Google. On Meta I managed 61 campaigns spanning retargeting (15, 30, and 60-day windows), prospecting, catalog, and conversion campaigns, driving $109K+ in total spend with strong retargeting ROAS.

Key Insights

The Shopping catch-all campaign consistently delivered 2.44x ROAS across hundreds of SKUs over the entire engagement. On Meta I built a retargeting system that fed off the Google Shopping traffic — the 15-day retargeting window delivered 6.20x ROAS and the Sell-Win ABO campaign achieved 11.22x. Using Google to drive traffic and Meta to convert it is a strategy I have refined across multiple accounts. Managing 61 campaigns over 2.5 years required constant audience refresh, creative rotation, and budget reallocation.

Technor is a UAE-based online electronics retailer selling mobile phones, accessories, and gadgets across the GCC. I ran a combined Google Performance Max and Meta dynamic product campaign strategy, driving over AED 445K in tracked conversion value from just AED 22K in Google spend. On Meta I managed 28 campaigns including dynamic product ads, free shipping promotions, Advantage+ Shopping, and WhatsApp conversion campaigns across UAE, Kuwait, and GCC markets.

Key Insights

The Google Performance Max campaign achieved 21.34x ROAS — the highest Google ROAS across my entire portfolio. I got there through careful asset group optimisation across storewide and category-level campaigns. On Meta, the New Arrivals campaign delivered CPP of AED 88 by showcasing fresh products to warm audiences. The Free Shipping February promotion drove significant volume and the AED 42 CPP on the Conversions campaign was the best result across all 28 campaigns. WhatsApp messaging campaigns also provided an additional conversion channel that works particularly well in the GCC market.

The Brand+ campaign is a great example of how protecting brand terms even on a tiny budget pays off big. I spent $135 and generated $44,988 in conversion value which is a 331x return. The Soccer PMax campaigns hold a healthy 2.46x ROAS across a very broad product catalogue.

871 plus conversions across three campaigns is the highest total I have delivered for any single real estate account. The PMax campaign generated 754 of those from over 583,000 impressions at just AED 0.27 CPC. Having both a high-volume automation layer and a high-intent Search layer running together is a strategy that works really well for real estate.

I also ran campaigns targeting the overseas Pakistani diaspora which showed much stronger intent for higher-value properties even though the CPLs were higher.

The RSA Brand campaign for Italy delivered an exceptional 39.52x ROAS. On Meta I ran lead generation across 8+ European markets and drove nearly 2,700 leads at about EUR 2.60 each. Portugal came in as the lowest cost market at EUR 1.70 per lead. Running multi-language, multi-country lead generation at this scale required careful budget segmentation and creative localisation — I wrote ad copy in Urdu, Italian, French, Romanian, and English, customising the messaging for each market.
